I'm ordinary...just like everyone else.

About Me

By day I'm an editor, by night a Saturday Night Live wannabe. I love my two adorable nephews, Mr. Darcy and red licorice. My favorite place to spend the day is the Oregon Coast. I hate Wal-Mart with a fiery passion (but I don't hate Bruce for working there). Green is my favorite crayon. I love office supply stores. If I could live anywhere for a week it would be in a lighthouse...in France. I have a fear of crossing busy streets. People fascinate me. I was created for eternity. I am redeemed by grace. I am loved unconditionally.

I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6 !

Music:

Movie soundtracks, Broadway musicals, worship music, crooners, Beach Boys, Beatles. Anything happy or melancholy...I'm pretty much music illiterate and love the one I'm with (except country).

Movies:

British ones; preferably starring Colin Firth. I also like stuff a little off the beaten path that displays imagination and makes you think.

Television:

Don't have time for TV. On DVD: Gilmore Girls, ER and Firefly.

Books:

When I get home from work my eyes hurt...from reading. When I have time for pleasure reading, I like Don Miller and Lauren Winner. For provoked thoughts, Randy Alcorn, John Piper, C.S. Lewis, C.J. Mahaney, Os Guiness. Occasionally I slip in a novel (about twice a year), and I have this crazy goal of getting around to the classics. The Bronte sisters are sweet. Dickens can bum me out. And who can resist a good frolic with Jane Austin? (Frolic is an excellent word.)

Heroes:

My Savior and my family. Those who put themselves in harm's way for the sake of others. Those who serve quietly without notice. Those who live with conviction.
