Persyce

Although the name “Persyce” was simply a deliberate misspelling of the word “precise” to begin with, it has become its own word with a unique meaning in its own right. Persyce is an artist who deals in many aspects such as songwriting (mostly hip-hop and r&b), live performance, engineering, and probably his greatest love, music production.A lifetime central Florida resident, he is hoping he can bring something exclusive out of the Orlando area as a artist and producer to truly shine by brainwashing music lovers with dark melodic beats that pound like dead bodies in the trunk and lyrics that’s memorizing to every consumer . Persyce describes his own style as “...mean, dark, but with a little light at the end of the tunnel. I like to call it the “Ugly Face” because when they hear the beats their face shrivels up like a prunes and they get dramatically excited.” A few major influences were some of the greats like Dr. Dre, Timbaland and Dj Hi-tek.Persyce started out in his middle school days writing, producing, and recording his own albums independently, first with “DA Demon”, and secondly the album titled “Bloodmoon”. These were strictly underground releases but received much praise from his peers and gained him some local infamy for having a strong talent for beats & rhymes. From there he went on to work with many local artists, and performed at a number of clubs such as The AKA Lounge, The Haven, and Tabu.Currently busy as anybody can be. Persyce is finishing up his next currently untitled solo effort, producing and recording various other albums on top of that, such as the upcoming “From Mississippi to Florida” by Yung Lex. In addition he is working on projects with other Central Florida record labels and companies like 7 Angles and Optive Productions. He aspires to continue his climb up the ladder to gain a strong and much deserved recognition in the music world by working with and producing major label artists and dropping his own albums worldwide.
