VEGA – the real name is Alexander, one of the founders, who made a great contribution to the beginning of the development drum’n’bass music in Voronezh city and did his best to promote it in the Central-Blacksoil region of Russia. When he heard drum’n’bass in 1999, he understood exactly that only this music has the best combination of break beat and an expressed bass line. Since 2005 he has taken an active part in organization and management of big drum’n’bass parties in the city which had a MECHANOID promo label . At the same year he made his debut at his own “Military session 2†party in the “Asylum†club. Developing in a dynamical way and constantly moving forward, he continues to write mixes and to appear in the local clubs and open airs and also begins to go on tours and win the audience in the other cities. In 2007 he became one of the founders of the new SYNBIONYX project and continued his Dj and promotion carrier with enthusiasm. Has won first place in nomination Best Drum&Bass DJ 2007-2008 (Partyzone Voronezh). Not so long ago he started to create his own music. In his sets Dj VEGA prefers a beautiful and “fat†drum’n’bass sound, which is expressed in the powerful bass line, which provides dance drive. Being a fan and a representative of Neurofunk, he prefers such musicians as: Phace, Chook, Cause4Concern, Stakka & Skynet, TeeBee, Misanthrop, Catacomb, Sunchase, Nphonix, Calyx, Сorrupt Souls, Crossfire, Noisia … e.t.c, his favorite labels are : Full Force, Citrus, Subtitles, Syndrome, Shadow Law, C4C, DSCI4. For these years he has played on the same stage with: Raiden, Identity, Sunchase, Illuminati, Implex, Prode, Dissident, Subwave, Walder, Flame, Fior, Paul B, Paperclip, Enei, Nphonix, Visual Informix. He made the tours of: Moscow, Saint-Peterburg, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kursk, Orel, Tambov, Stariy Oskol, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Samara. As a promoter he has held more than 60 parties, taken part in organization of club parties with promo-groups: BIOS, Probeat Group, Top Secret, Plastmassa Sound System, SLK, Flash promo, No Name, Rainbow Sound System, SwiTcH promo, Mechanical Dream.
