B.A.G. is the acronym for Brand Anarchy Group. The name is
self-explanatory, but it just wouldn't be fun if I didn't, well,
explain.
I've held positions as art/creative director in various companies
(Boast Opportunity 1: Faber Castell, LifeGuard Apparel,
Bentex corporation), I've owned a NYC-based design firm (Boast
Opportunity 2: DesigNey, Inc.) under which some of the most cutting
edge designs were worked on and born (Boast Opportunity 3: Wu-Tang
Clan, Rocawear, Wu-Wear, Champion, Willie Esco, Everlast, Fubu, Boss,
Latinflava). What did I learnfrom all this? I walked away realizing
something that I could've picked up simply by listening to a Frank
Sinatra song: Do It Your Way.
Hence the name, Brand Anarchy Group. In the words of Bruce Lee,
I use 'no way as way', and in the words of myself, I use no order as
order. You see, I feel that words like 'order' and 'conformity' should
never be allowed in the same room as the word 'creativity'. The truly
creative mind is not a mind easily understood by the corporate world.
A creative mind that needs to follow a daily, monotonous routine leads
to nothing but misfired campaigns and mediocre art. I love what I do
because I create in my own ways.
I've also assembled a team of leading rogue experts from various
fields within the design world that I feel will properly fulfill the
needs of a company seeking unconventional exposure. This handpicked
group is at my beck and call if their work is needed. If someone on my
team develops his or her most promising work while sitting on a
toilet, then I shall purchase extra soft paper. If another decides he
or she needs to hang upside down from a rope on the ceiling while
building your next winning design, then I will remove the weak drop
ceiling.
Whatever it takes to build your brand into a memorable image that can
seep into the unconscious of your target audience, I will do it! I
have the MIND. I have the MEANS. You supply the MONEY.
