ALESSANDRO BILLY aka DJ BILLY Protagonista dell'ECHOES Club (Riccione) e del MATIS Club (Bologna) dal 1991 al 2004. Nel 1994 con DJ RICCI crea lo storico Bunker (mitico privee dell'Echoes). Successivamente collabora con DFC (Expanded Music) e Steel Wheel Records producendo i primi dischi: "Fist Fuckin'", "Dynobill", "Delta9THC", "D2MAK", "The Monster", "Fantasy Creation" e insieme a Fabio Carrara aka Alex Bartlett nel mixa "Ipnotika Compilation" per la Discomagic Records . Nella primavera 2007 con Gianluca Motta dà vita al progetto "Format 202" su Emotiva Rec. ricevendo ottimi commenti. La sua musica coinvolgente ed innovativa lo ha portato a suonare in tutta Europa: DJ (Resident estate 1994-1997) allo ZORBA'S di Palma di Mallorca (ES) in cui divide la consol con SVEN VATH, CARL COX, JAM & SPOON, MARUSHA, JOEY BELTRAM ecc. DJ estate (2000-2001) all'AMNESIA di Benidorm (ES) con cui divie la consol con L'amico RICCI DJ. Performances al PYRAMID di Losanna (CH) (mega rave di 20,000 persone...), al NEXT CLUB di Marsiglia (FR), al CIA' CIA' CLUB afterhours di Mallorca (ES)...
