Solo Vocal Artist and Musician, works with various groups such as Drums No Guns and Elements Of Soul. Kariymah plays the harp and piano for over 20years. She rhymes, sings, and chants various styles. There is a heavy undertone on reggae in a lot of her music and has opened for celebrity reggae and hip hop artists for over 10years. She worked with Keith Shockley of Public Enemy producing tracks and songs for 3years in New York as a part of her background. Her unique style of music is a product of years of musical, dance, vocal training, and performances since she was 4years old.

Influences: Reggae (including culture, dub, and dancehall), World Rhythm, Spiritual music and Cultural chants, New Age, Classical, R&B, Bluegrass, Jazz, Folk, Soul House, and meditation music.
Sounds Like: In class of her own 4REAL!!! But if we must compare, Lauren Hill and Erykah Badu are referenced a lot because of Lauren's diversity of rhyming and singing, and Erykah's outlook style of spirituality. People have compared her piano style to TheloniusMonk, but she doesn't study his music. She loves to make orchestral style melodies with strings and new age sounds with big war drums undertones that can be remixed to various music genres and take an audience through a cultural experience of intense captivity.
