The bloody gory bio of Dusk Massacre
Dusk Massacre was formed in late '07 in Eskilstuna
by present vocalist Daniel, along with lead guitarist Chris.
The band's first full setup consisted of 5 members,
being present lead guitarist Chris, singer Daniel,
bassist Fredrik, drummer Toni, and also the rythm
guitarist Anders. Shortly thereafter, Anders and
Toni left the band, leaving room for Patrik.
This resulted in their first demo song.
The song was hastly recorded in their rehearsal space.
And again, shortly there after, there was another
jumpoff in the band, again it was the drummer who left,
in lack of inspiration.
This finally led to drummer Jay joining the force.
A hard hitting drummer from the local death/thrash scene.
DM was now full set band again. The band made 4
new songs and made their first gig live at Club Hate, Eskilstuna.
While not many people may have attended, the show was
a great success, and they had begun to build
a smaller reputation for themselves. However,
after a few more new songs were made, it was time for
bassist Fredrik to go for several reasons.
Martin, a long time friend of Chris, filled the spot.
At this time DM went into the studio to record the
first real demo only called "Demo 2008".
Not soon after, Daniel decides to quit and Martin took
over the vocals and switched from bass to guitar.
DM entered the studio in early 2009 to record demo 2,
The Killing OF MMIX (EMIX) . 5 tracks was layed down.
Chris played bass but we where still searching for
a permenent bassplayer. We found a cool guy
by the name of Jocke, a friend of Chris.
Now the band are set and we are ready to
take the stage and rip loose the massacre.....
THE KILLING OF MMIX is OUT!
