I am the Head Instructor and Co-owner at Fontanez Karate. I have been studying martial arts since I was 7 years old. I am a third degree black belt at Fontanez Karate. I received my black belt when I was 9 years old. The style that I study is unique. It's MMA[Mixed Martial Arts] containing, Taekwondo,Shotokan, Kung Fu, All summed it its called Kaizen Martial Arts.

To show you that martial arts is worth it, Sensei Mookca at the age of 7 was attacked by a Serial Abductor who unfortunately abducted 2 young girls, 1 of which he murdered. With the knowledge she gained with The Fontanez Karate School, she successfully defended herself and helped aide in his capture. She had been training with Fontanez Karate for just a few months at that time. Just a few months of training was more than enough to help defend herself.
