The Brain Olotester is Giuseppe Calignano's
solo project.
Giuseppe has
already published an album titled "In Case Of Loss,
Please Return To:" with his band called Muzak - produced
by Fabio Magistrali - in collaboration with Paul de Jong
(The Books), who played the cello on the opening
track.
The album has been distributed in Italy by Lizard
Records and in the rest of Europe by Pick Up
Records and has been warmly welcomed everywhere.
The Brain Olotester, newly produced by Fabio
Magistrali, has been written, arranged and recorded
at home by Giuseppe Calignano who played guitars,
bass guitar, banjo, piano, Moog, synthesizers and
keyboards, Farfisa and Bontempi organs, groovebox,
analogue drum machines, melodica, glockenspiel, found
objects and sang.
Many musicians enrich the kaleidoscopical musical
chromatism playing strings, brass, harp, accordion
and drums.
