I love to work, have fun, spend time with my family, write, and travel.
I'm originally from Crisfield, MD, lived for a long time in Dover, DE and York, PA. I moved to Paris in January 2001 to begin my career as an executive chef. After a brief time in DC and Salisbury, MD in Winter 2004 I opened my own restaurant in Marseille. In 2005 we expanded to include a tapas lounge and full-service bar. I love my job a lot.
I am married and we have six children (including twins and triplets).
