This Myspace page is dedicated to ending the ignorance surrounding California's gun laws regarding assault weapons.---------------------------------------------------- -----------------------------The rifles pictured and described on this myspace page are fully compliant with penal codes 12276.1 - specified combination of characteristic features, nor are they listed by make and model in PC 12276/CCR §979.10 or CCR §979.11 ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------The California DOJ has failed in their up holding of California Law and has purposefully been spreading misinformation to local law enforcement, FFL's (firearm retailers), and our states citizens regarding California's assault weapons laws ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------The DOJ has ignored the June 2001 Harrott vs. Kings County decision that reshaped the earlier 2000 Kasler decision, requiring specific listing by make and model to be considered a banned series member (aside from configured features, discussed below). Harrott ruled trial courts, police, DAs, etc. can not make determination of AR or AK “series” membership, only the DOJ can, and models must be formally listed before being considered banned.
