Regatta De Blanc is a non-philological "The Police" tribute band born in the summer of 2007 from an idea of the talented jazz singer Isnoir and the "old school rock bassist" Yano. Shortly after the two recruit the heavy metal guitarist Luke to fit the guy-with-the-strange-telecaster's shoes.
After a very long research the band found the perfect drummer in the alternativerock multi-instrumentalist Nanni.
In early 2008 singer Isnoir left the band.
In April, 2008, a good old friend join the band : Mante is the new singer.
