*EVIL LIVE*

EVILLIVE is a manmachine project. It is a collaboration of the ideas of Alex Rain realised through machines, like, computers, guitars, fx and synthesizers. The background picture means the madness of the situation between the soldiers and the hippie culture in one generation. Special thx to apnea for her alice-picture!
My artist name is Alex Rain.
I was born in 1974 half way between Cologne and Amsterdam. Now I live in Vienna.
I started to make music for myself when I was 19 years old. Two years later I had my first releases. The name Alex Rain was born. At the same time i started to play guitar. My guitar teacher was Milan Polak he was the best austrian guitarist in 1998, he played on the last album "out of the dark" from Falco. His style affected me in a strong way. Everytime when i hear him play, its like coming home and a little bit of my style to play the guitar.
