The band was formed around the beginning of 2006, but it was already forming a while ago, in my mind and heart. After a couple of songs made of pure improvisation, Funeriis joined the band for some real drumming, so the materializing of my emotions could start.
The band released his first demo on February 2008 by Herege Warfare Productions(known before as HellWar Prod. contact: [email protected]) and AntiHumanism limited to 500 copies with professional cover.
The future will be the continuation of the past! Falling into the abyss of nostalgia, apathy and what life holds for the ones who choose to live and get some answers.
This is not a trendy suicide BM band. Don't expect any direction (musically). Crystalline Darkness is pure exploration of hate/apathy/claustrophobia and all that comes with it in any form! Expect nothing! This is not a band for you to follow and to like every release. This is a band without walls, no laws, no rules what so ever.
In late November of 2008, Effrenus (Pestilência) became a full time member of Crystalline Darkness. After some rehearsal's it became clear to me that Effrenus was the missing link in my hole of apathy. From now on we share the bass lines and percussion ideas.
In March 2009, Funeriis was replaced by JS (Utopium, Cold as Blood) in the drum duties.
