At least 29 women activists of Left opposition Socialist Unity Centre of India (SUCI) were arrested during a demonstration that turned scrappy in front of the West Bengal assembly demanding exemplary punishment for the accused in the alleged rape and murder of Tapasi Malik at Singur.
