FIND THE BODIES! THEY ARE HIDDEN HERE SOMEWHERE! HOW MANY ARE THERE?
Exclusion Zone consists of myself, Templar. I have always dreamed of being an author and while I was thinking up my stories, I usually composed a soundtrack to accompany them in my head. Or drew pictures.
THE PLAN: :
Plan for: November the 3, 2007. A Saturday.:
1. Go and buy a new MIDI cable. DONE/ NOT DONE :
2. Go to Heidelberg, eat dinner and write book. DONE /NOT DONE:
3. Start new song. DONE /NOT DONE:
Plan for: November the 4 th , 2007. A Sunday.:
1. Learn PHP. DONE/ NOT DONE:
2. Got to Heidelberg, eat dinner and write book. DONE/ NOT DONE:
The above is a particularly sad example of trying to get one’s life together; as the feeling of impending doom closes in on me from all angles of my existence, I tend to cling to little lists of sanity with the intention of planning myself out of the hole.:
I think the world around me could crumble and stand in flames – as long as I can write a hypothetical plan for tomorrow, I will optimistically delude myself into hoping for the future. It is the illusion of control; the island in the sea of chaos that keeps afloat solely due to the conception of a PLAN.:
I suppose if I had planned (and fulfilled) every moment of my existence, I would have served my purpose long ago; as it is, I feel that each opportunity, while it may seem pressing at any given moment, only permits the completion of a small piece of the Plan itself; it is the eternal nature of it all that makes one’s accomplishments seem so minimal.:
The realization itself of playing a mysterious role in a Plan provides some sense of comfort in further pursuing its directives, even if we might stray 99% of the time. It seems that with every scattered piece we find, we are inspired to search for another, perhaps even spurred on by a hint as to what it might be that we are looking for.:
It is irrelevant how you see the Plan as a whole; whether you see it as a musical composition of sorts, created through vibrations on strings, or if you see it as the conception of a higher power, predetermined by the hand of god(s). In one instance, we are the components of a song, in the other, we are the figures in a divine story, moved by an invisible hand across the board.:
It is in the nature of a Plan to preconceive and define its elements, thus its components are absolute and cannot be destroyed if the Plan is to be executed as such. Which brings me to those who find it disconcerting to find themselves little more than a character in a story or a piece of a puzzle or song; one must consider the irrefutable fact that if the Plan is to be carried out in its original form, then each element is of crucial importance, virtually indispensable because the loss of a single piece would mean that the Plan is irreversibly destroyed.:
And since we are these pieces and parts of that greater whole, never to be destroyed, reconceived or replaced, we have all, in some form, been in some way connected to another and continue to be in a constant state of interaction. We belong to the Plan, thus we belong to each other.:
To have a Plan, to be of utmost importance and to belong.:
Religions of the past and present have boldly tried to fill these desires, promising guidance and purpose through empty doctrines of faith. Being as they are, yet another creation and just a further part of the Plan, the arrogance of such claims do not evade me.:
But arrogance and yes, even evil, are basically also nothing more than part of the Plan.:
