William [NoCo]

I am here for Dating, Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

I play drums in the band No Compromise . I also play guitar and bass. I enjoy sports and owning Ryan Cook all the time.

I like to have a good time, but that doesn't mean I don't value intelligence, articulate speech, and refinement. I can drink you under the table and then proceed to name more world capitals than you in a geography contest.

I don't like pretentious people, hypocrites, narrow-mindedness, or arrogance. That's no way to go through life.

I value loyalty and my friends extend me the same courtesy.

Most of all I don't take things too seriously - did Ferris Bueller teach you nothing?

My Interests

Spontaneous travel, music composition, playing guitar and drums, playing sports (football, basketball, racquetball, swimming), watching movies, being literate, owning Ryan Cook in Smash Bros., hanging out with friends

I'd like to meet:

People who want to play some music. I'm always up for a jam session of any sort.

Secondly, Samuel L. Jackson.

Many of the women I've met online have proved to be disappointing. But if you're an exception, by all means drop me a line!

Must like to have a good time and must be a genuinely kind person. That doesn't mean a pushover, but no self-absorbed snotty attitudes please.

Music:

Sevendust, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Herbie Hancock Quartet, A Perfect Circle, anything Slash is in, Ben Folds, Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Massive Attack, Nine Inch Nails, Remy Zero, Kevin Moore (Keb' Mo'), Tenacious D, John Rzeznik, John Williams, Thelonius Monk, Filter, Lacuna Coil, Weezer, (hed) PE, Dark New Day, Submersed, F5, Stereomud, Pearl Jam, System of a Down, Weezer, No Compromise (NoCo)

Movies:

The Empire Strikes Back, Shawshank Redemption, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, The Princess Bride, High Fidelity, Pan's Labyrinth

Television:

Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Futurama, classic Simpsons is always good as is Seinfeld. Do yourself a favor and buy Firefly on DVD if you don't already own it. Pardon the Interruption may still be the best show on television. Law and Order is pretty good too, until they make new spin-offs like Law and Order: Bestiality Unit.

Books:

Michael Crichton: especially the original Jurassic Park, Timeline, and Congo. I like Terry Brooks a lot, some Terry Goodkind, and some of the old school Piers Anthony. Timothy Zahn is excellent (particularly his Heir to the Empire trilogy).

Heroes:

Samuel L. Jackson, Dave Grohl, Jack Black, Morgan Rose
