Suspect is about 6 foot, 170-190 lbs, black short hair, Asian, probably Chinese. Around 19-25 year old, maybe older, you can never tell with these damn Asias. He was last seen traveling east bound on RT-25 at high speeds. This possible Chinese suspect could be dangerously armed with a fancy cell phone and/or a point and shoot digital camera, please exercise caution when approaching.
