Born & raised on Long Island, I picked up the guitar at 13 years old. I learned to play by ear .Eventually taking it to another level I learned music theory & tablature. Being self taught,has given me the gift of identifying my own style.Writing my own tunes from the first time I picked up the guitar has afforded me the ability to capture the style I ultimately strive for.
My influences range from Sabbath/Ozzy, Metallica, Slayer, Iron Maiden, to Testament, Megadeth, & Classical. At the same time I always did recordings of whatever I played and whoever I jammed with. I am a recent graduate of R.E.I. (Recording Engineers Institute) here on Long Island, Again to take my music to another level.
I have been in a few bands, the most outstanding was my time in the Metallica tribute band “MASTER OF PUPPETSâ€.This band gave me much experience gigging on the road. My current band, “WINTERSPELL†is currently working on our debut album.I am presently In a METALLICA "Tribute Band"once again.We are "DAMAGE INC..." www.myspace.comdamageincusa.
My ultimate goal is to be playing in front of 1000's .However, if I can play in front of just one person who understands my meaning. And that one person can get something out of what I say through my guitar, what more can this musician ask for....It’s the ultimate.
