I work in oils,pastel,charcoal and make etchings.My subject matter is of traditional things of which I am very close to.I have accumulated a large body of work featuring wildlife and sporting, American Historical,and Irish heritage.I regularly have paintings etchings and prints for sale and please contact me if you see something you are interested in. I have been a OUTDOORSMAN all my life and found the connection of the outdoors and the creation of art a permanent addiction,also as a lifelong student of American History and Archaeology I extend my studies thru my art.A major focus of mine is the American Civil War and the work of the newspaper illustrators of the day.I have attended many reenactments and living histories and demonstrated this impression.I am a member of the present day BOHEMIAN BRIGADE,a society of correspondent reenactors.My Irish hertitage is also a strong influence on my artwork,like many Irish Americans Irish Dance is a part of our lives and found myself creating artwork about it.I have developed a series of Irish Dance prints which have sold world wide and are very popular.So please remember that Irish Dancer in your lives with an Irish Dance print this year.please check out my pics for examples of my work.I also have a website www.kevinstorms.com .When in Gettysburg please stop in and see my original paintings and etchings for sale at American Historical Art.
