Hi. I'm Clinton. If you're here then maybe that means you want to know a little about me. Maybe you don't, perhaps you want a cheap laugh. Maybe you're considering suicide and you need that last piece of angst to push you over the edge. Either way, this is probably the first and last time you'll be thinking about me, because once you're done reading this you'll move on to something more important and interesting like everyone else has.
I'm kind of tall. I should weigh more than I do. I'm hairier than most people. I'm pale. I slouch. I'm boring. I'm really awkward around people I don't know. And if you haven't figured it out yet, I'm extremely self-conscious and have no self esteem.
I'm currently not in college, but I plan to return eventually. Don't give me your opinions on me not being in school, because I honestly couldn't care less. I have the rest of my life to save money and THEN go, as opposed to speeding through, not knowing what to do with life, and owing $20,000 to a school. I went to Missouri State University for the Fall '07 semester (which is where I will be going back to), and College of the Ozarks for the first part of Spring '08. MSU was alright, but I felt like I wasn't getting enough out of it for the money that was being put into the school, and there were way too many ridiculously stupid people there. As for CofO, while I think it is an amazing school, I was put into a nightmare of a job and I had no choice but to get out before I decided to shoot myself. I went to Ozark schools for my entire pre-college academic career, and lived there until the end of 2008. Now I live in Springfield. I've worked at the Pizza Hut in Ozark as a driver for 2 years now (minus a couple months in the middle spent working at C of O) and I like it.
I don't trust anybody, with a couple exceptions. I've been lied to by almost everybody, and if there is someone that hasn't broken my trust yet, I have every reason to believe that they will, since everybody else before them has. In fact, I barely give most people a chance anymore, even when they deserve one. I hope that someone will change that about me.I've been told on multiple occasions that I'm a very boring person, and this trait has ended every single one of my past relationships. Every time they think I'm great for about two days and then they realize how much of a waste I really am, so they go for my more exciting and interesting friends instead.
I don't drink, or smoke, or do drugs. I never have. And I don't plan on it, ever. I don't even really like being around it. If you do it, that's ok but I wish you wouldn't. Deal with it.
I like music. I suck at playing it but I enjoy doing so. I play the guitar, bass, trombone, piano, mandolin, harmonica, banjo and drums. I'm not too great at any of them, though some will tell you otherwise.
I'm the guitarist for a band called Media Frenzy and bassist for the band Worba. I also have a side project called Breastroke. I also used to be the bass player for Berlin Drop and the Kursk, and the guitarist for Tania. Those bands have split but they're still worth listening to. I was also the bass player for FeedUs but we practiced once while I was in the band. And I'm in some joke bands too, Erectile Dysfunction Sword and The Official SAT Study Guide. Classy groups, obviously.
