Unkut " Da Truth " formidable music business career spans over one decade ago. His experience includes being a musician, songwriter, producer, mixing engineer and label owner. He is responsible for bringing different artist together to make the best music Nashville has to offer.Unkut, was born on Nashville's lower east side, first entered the music scene as a young hype-man and songwriter in Nashville early-1990s. Unkut recorded in numerous studios, and would often share cramped stages with other rappers who were trying to make it in the business.In 2003, Unkut, seeking to expand his musical base to also include producing and engineering, founded MasterMinds ICG Production in the heart of Nashville in Tennessee. Over the next few years he would produce many hungry artist from Nashville like: GI Frontline, Cadillac JR, Bling, Get Em' Gangstas, Pain Killaz, Lil Tim, and many many more. In addition to Unkut's own forays as a producer, MasterMinds also became one of the most sought after studios in Nashville hip-hop scene.Unkut is now working on his first album " Let Tha Truth Be Told ". His album has been in the making for the last two years. Unkut stated, my album is for the grown and sexy, but I still kept it gangsta for all my people still in the streets trying make something out of nothing. Unkut first single is called Fame and its for the ladies. Unkut decided to do something for the ladies because all the fellas from the block no he keeps it hood at all time.Unkut is still producing and engineering for Cadillac JR from View World as well as Lil tim from Gun Smoke Ent.
