I am a Scotsman by heritage, an American by birth and an Earthling by great protest! I am a music teacher by career but have been a great many things in my life from a pool maintenance man, to a truck driver, to a stage manager for three symphonies to owning and operating a computer repair/building business.I am a hopeless romantic who has been through enough marriages to know that it is truely never all one persons fault. While a percentage of blame can be placed on one person or another in the end it is a futile proposition to do so. I am currently wanting to get together with my soul mate ... and I wonder if this will ever happen.I have tattoos, love them. Not for the pain, and not to look cool. Indeed, all my tattoos are hidden during work, so the cool factor rarely comes into play. I love them for what they symbolize. No, I dont have any tribal...I am not a fan of tribal, sorry. And please dont show me your tiny little tattoo and tell me how much it hurt...it will not impress me.I live in New Mexico, the Land of Entrapment. Ops, I mean Enchantment. I live in a little town called Las Vegas...sometimes refered to as the capital of mediocrity.I am strange in many ways...I love lighthouses but not a big fan of the ocean. I love the mountains and snow but I dont ski often. My Zune (mp3 player that blows ipods away!) has music that ranges from Ozzy Osborne to Ottorino Respighi on it. I love music, all kinds. I dont like RAP. (Retards Attempting Poetry doesnt impress me at all!) I am also strange that I am a single father with custody of all four of my children. Long story...very long story.I am studying Gaelic and would love to travel to Scotland.

Oh my...well, I have over 300 DVDs and over 1000VHS movies. I host an Academy Award Party every year....I am the winner of the last 5 now...muhahahah! Ok, one was a tie with my now ex wife...no, it wasnt the reason she is my ex. LOL.

Television:

Not a big fan of TV...but I like Mythbusters, How Its Made and a few other shows. Am kinda a news junkie...I like to know what is going on in the world.

Books:

ALL. Everything from J.K.Rowling to Umberto Eco. Science manuals to science fiction. Everything from the Warren Commision to the 9/11 Commision. I guess I shouldnt say all..I am not a fan of romance novels at all.
