Dat Raw

This group is a triple threat to the rap game. Dat Raw is not to be compared. They're young, tough, hungry, and determined to make it on the aggressive hip-hop scene. They have overcome obstacles individually and collectively and want to tell their stories with their inimitable sound.The members of this three-piece combo are distinctively different. The founder A.Brown is the lyricist of the crew. He has a rapid and fluid flow that sets the tone of the group. Mz. Trill adds a woman's touch but is still touch enough to hang with the boys. Rounding out the trio is Young Krunk. He flows with such a high intensity.Dat Raw are natives of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and they met while attending the same high school. A "love of good music" inspires them to share their lives through music. The triple bond formed among them is undoubtedly tight.Constantly working on new material, their current effort is entitled, Dat Raw, The Sampler. The first single "Full Of Myself" is a catchy track with a dirty south feel. The rest of the CD is filled with wicked beats and raw lyrics. Dat Raw has the right mixture of aptitude and drive. It's only a matter of time before this Southern trio blazes speakers around the world.
