I am a wife and mother. I have six biological children from the ages of 40 to 19 and a niece we are raising who is 13. She has been with us since she was 2 weeks old. We adopted a 4 year old little girl that we have had since she was 5 months old.
We are foster parents and have had 78 children in our home since 1997.
I was born in Lewiston, Idaho in 1951. We lived all over the western part of the United States until I was 15 then we settled down in Spokane. My favorite memories tho are of Weippe, Idaho when I was in ninth grade. We only lived there about 7 months but it was quite a place!
I had my first daughter at age 16, my mom was divorced at the time and she was real supportive of me and my daughter so it was not as difficult as it could have been. But would not recommend it!
I am involved in foster parents groups and do alot of volunteer work in areas that for foster parents and others in the community. We became adoptive parents at the ages of 57 and 46 on May 22, 2008 Myspace Layouts @ Cool-myspacelayouts.blogspot.com
