Softball, golf, taking pictures, indoor bouldering, and I'm going to try this whole running thing again.
I would like to meet more people who can make me laugh. People with morals and of high character. People who I can trust. Hmm. That sounds like I want to meet more people like the ones I currently call my friends and family.
Songs I can sing to in the car. Songs with lyrics I don't just "know" when I listen to them the first time.
Ocean's 11, Seabiscuit, Coach Carter, The Last Castle, Thirteen Days, A Few Good Men, Cinderella Man, In The Valley of Elah was good too..thought-provoking.
I'm not saying. I don't want to be the cause of anyone's favorite show getting cancelled.
The Great Gatsby is my all-time favorite book. It's not even close.
My parents. They've stayed together for over 30 years, have always made sure we want for nothing, and that we've always known how they feel about us. How cool is that? And sadly, how rare?My sister. She was so small when she was born that they had to keep her in the ICU for three months. Now she's the smartest and most driven member of my family and I love her to pieces. Fittingly, she is a NICU nurse now. Proud doesn't quite do the feeling justice. My "little" brother. Blessed with the musical talent I so utterly lack, he has made more than a little name for himself in the Biggest Little City in the World, showing the stubborn will (family trait) and the drive to make himself into one hell of a musician. (See his MySpace site listed under My Friends if you don't believe me). The most "family" of all of us. Irritatingly and often right. Not to mention sharp as a tack. The best "eye" for photography I've ever seen and a pretty awesome rock-climber too.My grandpa. He fought in the 442'nd Battalion in WWII. I miss him more than I ever was able to show him, something I will never, never, EVER let happen again.
