About Me

Since 1986, the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS) has had a reputation as the "go to" organization for how to deal with the physiological, psychosocial, economic, and spiritual issues that accompany a cancer diagnosis. We represent the millions of Americans who share a common experience - the survivorship experience - living with, through and beyond a cancer diagnosis. Our mission includes encouraging advocacy on all levels; beginning with helping individuals become self-advocates by taking control of their cancer treatment and continuing all the way to public advocacy by educating policymakers on ways to improve current health policies. Help us speak out for quality cancer care and find links to cancer resourses by going to the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship website.
