An L.A. Native, residing just outside Down Town Los Angeles, DJ PITXU (Ricky Garay) fell in love with DJing and making music during the thriving DJ scene of the 90's. It was then that he began studying and following dance music and the DJ's that were delivering it to packed warehouses and large open spaces scattered around the city late at night. Performing and producing Music being a part of the family business, it was only natural that he began exploring and rediscovering his musical roots, incorporating all of the exotic and familiar sounds reflecting his upbringing in the heart of Los Angeles. Currently he gets grimy on his keyboard very late night / early mornings. He is a Member of the MAGNET CREW and is currently a resident DJ at their local L.A. parties, MAGNET and MUCHO WEDNESDAYS. DJ PITXU is hard at work, producing and remixing music for future projects.
