I am here for Friends

About Me

i love growing food and then sharing it with others. i am currently planting seeds on the banks of the senegal river with a women's cooperative. it's a riot and totally out of control and i love it. i wish i had a really loud laugh that reflected how much i love to laugh, instead when laughing really hard i laugh silently as i double over with cramps. i am very sensitive to matters of human dignity, though i usually laugh when my friends are sick, i don't exactly know why, laughter is healing. these days i am fascinated by energy, our beings and the effects of shared energy in our world.

My Interests

organic farming, crafting, experimental building projects, learning to play the guitar, cooking AND eatting that good chunky fresh food, stomping gently around the world, sweet black coffee, chocolate, photography and film, writing
