About Me

I guess I'm just another singer songwriter awash in an ocean of them. I don't have too many hopes of getting noticed. Just writing songs out of a basic need for communication and basic expression and preparing myself for whatever may lie ahead. The following songs that I have up will be on a Lo-Fi album that I'm working on releasing in the summer. The ideal would be ten songs. 5 recorded in the bleakness of winter and 5 more in the spring. So it kind of has a mood swing from hopelessness into joy. Which would demonstrate some of the recent stages of my life. The album is meant to start slow and pick up momentum which is probably the polar opposite of most stuff I hear but I thought it'd be an interesting concept. I just hope my tiny shreds of talent can pull it off.Take the Flag, Fold it Up Altar Call in the Dark The Priest in the Boat Darkness of the SeaThe packaging would be kept pretty minimal as it would only be a Lo-Fi album and the album will probably go for about 5 dollars when released. I'll rearrange the songs on this site so you can hear a true progression of what it'll be like.I'm hoping next fall to do a one week tour with The Parade Schedule and also releasing a split with them at one point as well. Also I'm in an unnamed band with Matt Kinder and Carol Hamilton that is kind of math rock and features me on bass, matt on bass, and carol on drums. And it's very good and high energy. It's coming along slowly. But anyone who has ever heard it has be extremely impressed.

Sounds Like: I was in Qdoba with a good friend. And asked him. Who do I sound like? He couldn't think of anyone. And this guy listens to so much music it's ridiculous and has such an ear for what things sound like. It was a compliment to me. If you can tell me who I sound like and I can kind of believe then I'll put it here and thank you by name here.
