To promote, influence, and educate the people of Kirkland Lake and surrounding areas about the wonderful world we all love called the Music Industry.We’d love to have your input on many different topics that will be placed on our blog. No answer is ever wrong and each message will be taken into consideration. This is your music scene and we would love to give you the power to make decisions about that will happen in your community.
The current music scene in Kirkland Lake is slow and no new activity will start back up until someone takes control to make it vibrant again. Having the opportunity to attend concerts, promotes young aspiring musicians to dream big and hope one day they could play their work for other people. The music industry is an interconnected cycle that will creates its own monsters and nurtures them all the way. Since our beloved town has some, but could use more dedicated people who attempt to promote shows in town. We would love to have the chance to change the current scene. The young people of our town have nothing to do and will never truly experience the full benefits of life unless we make a change. People want to be entertained, bands want to play, and most importantly we need to give the current local artist a place to display themselves. Come on people, the local aspiring artists of Kirkland Lake are starving and have to travel great distances to share their work with anyone who wants to listen.
