I'm going to UCSC to study Biochemistry and molecular biology. I do research on chromatin structure regulating proteins in order to more clearly understand how cells differentiate (important for curing cancer, and various other cell growth diseases). I've worked at the university of Toledo Biochemistry lab; protein crystallography and structural characterization of the flap-endonuclease protein. I also currently work at the Los Alamos National Lab doing Crystallography and structure of tuberculosis structural proteins for drug target determination in order to find drugs for multi drug resistant tuberculosis, when I'm not in school. I love to drum, was in high desert pipes and drums. Lived in England, France, New Mexico, and California, am from Scotland, thus invariably a Scot. I speak French, English, and have studied Spanish and Latin. Spend most of my time working at the library, in the lab, studying, or drinking student-cheap wine with Salvador my fabulous room mate. Love and miss all of my friends from all over. love love. And LOVE YOU JON (hottest talley around)!
I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6 !
