Drama Teacher & Vocal CoachPerformer/Producer- Entertaining and producing professionally since 1982, Richie has entertained at world class resorts, showrooms and dinner theaters throughout North America (Eastern Florida, Caesar’s Palace Pocono’s, The 1000 Islands, New Jersey Shore, Atlantic City, New York City, Toronto, Quebec and Las Vegas). His diverse performance background includes country, rock, blues, and gospel, alternative, light jazz standards, show tunes and retro pop.Teacher- Richie has worked for BOCES as a teaching artist since 2001. He presents student workshops for TOY productions and conducts in-service programs for educators regarding each production.Recent Experience:• GCASA (Christian anti-drug coalition voted number 1 teen coalition in the US) hired Richie to write, produce and perform in their most successful event to date- “The Main Eventâ€, a pro-wrestling presentation with a drug-free message.• Lancaster Opera House- Richie currently stars in and produces musical dinner theater events at the Lancaster Opera House and the Grand Lady Cruise ship.• Buffalo Music Hall of Fame- Rich is currently producing the Hall of Fame induction ceremony in conjunction with local broadcasting legend, Susan Banks.• Richie works for MUSIC IS ART!• Viva Niagara Productions- Rich has produced and performed in more than 15 musical variety tribute shows for his company including SuperstarsLive, The Legends Come Alive, Tribute to the Superstars, Rock and Rumble, Branson to Broadway, Country and Comedy, The All Star Salvation Show, Spirit of America Spectacular, Rock & Roll is Here to Stay, Monster Mash Ball, Elvis-the Gospel Hits, Live from Las Vegas, Retromania, The Main Event and Music and Magic.• School Assemblies- Richie is currently producing the long awaited interactive program “Game Show Feverâ€-an educational celebration of drama and music history.• Richie is writing and producing a one man Gospel Rock Opera called “However Dark the Nightâ€Represented by Viva Niagara Productions www.superstarslive.com
