Echoes from the Glen

About Me

"Listen closely and you shall hear Echoes from the Glen", whether it's a fiery reel, a toe-tapping jig, a spirited song, or a haunting ballad. Echoes from the Glen plays traditional and contemporary Scottish and Irish music, (with a dash from other lands added in for good measure), to move your feet and lift your spirits. Echoes from the Glen have been playing music together for about 4 years or longer in bands and in sessions, why you ask? "Because we love the music". Echoes from the Glen were members of other bands that wanted to do more for Celtic music and the Celtic community. So with a new name and a new idea Echoes from the Glen was born. Echoes from the Glen play in and around the DFW area. They have played at venues such as Six Strings & Coffee Beans, Plaza Pub, Banter, Tipperary Inn, and the Abby Inn. They've opened for bands such as Beyond the Pale and Smithfield Fair. Echoes from the Glen are available for your parties, weddings, picnics, etc...
