About Me

Sacred Betrayal are a band who have been creating a name for themselves in Glasgow for the past year , but the progress made in the last few months has been phenomenal. Since forming in August 2008, from current and previous members of bands such as 2 Thirds of Youth, When Arms Rest and Dark Before Dawn. Sacred Betrayal have quickly built up a dedicated fanbase, with their sound coming as a breath of fresh air in a scene where metal bands have become oh so predictable.
Since their inception, the band have become a favourite around central scotland and have played with Protest The Hero, Azriel, The Chariot, The Human Abstract, Bleed From Within, Peep Show, The Day I Vanished, By My Hands and many more.
The band believe in leaving all seriousness at the door and their stage show is second to none, and includes the use of lasers, strobes, smoke machines and serious amounts of interaction between the band themselves and the crowd.
