About Me



I've played on numerous albums, E.P's and singles in studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and the US. Recent recording sessions include Gin Wigmore (Universal/Motown), Andy Bull (Universal), Renee Cassar (Universal), Nat Gauci (SonyBMG) and Jenny Queen (Laughing Outlaw/ABC).

PRODUCERS/ENGINEERS/STUDIO EXPERIENCE:

In late 2007 I had the pleasure of recording with Sydney band Mojada, in California, working alongside producer Sylvia Massy (Prince, Rick Rubin, Johnny Cash) and engineer Rich Veltrop (Tom Petty, Fourplay) at Radiostar, in Weed, CA.

.Many of these sessions took place at some of Australia's finest studios including 301, Electric Avenue (Sydney), Sing Sing (Melbourne), Kingdom Studios, and Loop (Perth).

LIVE PERFORMANCE/TOURING EXPERIENCE:

Gin Wigmore (Universal/Motown), Guy Sebastian (Sony BMG) and Brooke Fraser (SonyBMG), and Damien Dempsey (Island, UK) among many others.

(UK), and Citizen Cope (USA). I've had the privilege of touring Australia and New Zealand more times than I can remember, as well as performing several shows in the USA. I have also had the honor of performing onstage with

The Cardinals

(of Ryan Adams fame) as part of Gin Wigmore's band on her recent tour. Gin's debut album 'Holy Smoke' has since reached quadruple platinum status in NZ.

FORMAL STUDY:

I graduated from WAAPA in 2001 with a B.Mus in Jazz Composition & Arrangement, and am currently completing a Masters in Creative Sound Production at Sydney Conservatorium of Music - when I can find the time between tours!
