A head-on crash one day in Ashville, North Carolina took my wife and children. I was hospitalized, hovering between life and death for days. My body was broken, seemingly beyond repair. But while I lost so much in that accident, the one thing I still had was my will to live. I fought back. 4 years later, against every medical prognosis, I stood. I walked out of that hospital determined to instill in others the very same determination I summoned to overcome my own setbacks. I am the Human Fly.
