Amplified ’09

Amplified is Tasmania's biggest music industry festival providing significant opportunities for Tasmania’s music industry to showcase, network, celebrate and learn.
An initiative of Arts Tasmania, Amplified is also supported by a host of industry professionals and organisations from across Australia.
Amplified began life in November 2005 and was again held in October 2006 and March 2008, now it's ready for its biggest year yet in July 2009!
The Amplified festival delivers professional development seminars and workshops about music and the music industry featuring leading Australian and local music industry personnel, Amplified Awards, a 2-disc promotional compilation CD distributed state-wide, nationally and internationally and live showcases of original Tasmanian music.
