JUSTIN MITCHELL is kindly filling in on bass BUT WE NEED A PERMANENT BASSIST!!Pippa started the band in 2007, and since then there's been a-coming and a-going and a-coming back again of band members! Pippa, you see, has been around...the music biz...suburbia...and Life... and she CAN be a bit of a matriarch... !!Most songs are reflections of her cynical attitude towards love and romance... so there's a bitterness even amidst the lovely, meandering calm of favourite, 'Afterthought' (a lyrical masterpiece)... But then 'Faces' celebrates the joy of friends... with a dub rhythm that bounces and announces 'great to be alive!!Rich, eclectic melodies, songs of suburban apathy and angst, RED-EYED SUBURBANITES have a visceral charm born from too many nights of decadence and decay in the suburban underground... Lazy, later and laterer nights... Hazy, red-eyed mornings...It's all good fun... Just don't expect to go home...yet...
