MINX was born in Los Angeles, but from the age of six lived in Bozeman, Montana. Now, at age 19, this talented young rapper/producer has returned to California (Orange County) to further pursue his career in music. MINX continues to work closely with and perform with fellow rapper, and friend, Nickel B, who lives in Bozeman. They formed The LINX (www.myspace.com/thelinxmusic), and are releasing a group album in August of 2009. Followed by multiple shows around Montana and Southern California. MINX has been making music ever since he can remember, and to this day it is what he loves and does best. As far as rapping, he has a great flow, catchy hooks, and witty punch lines; all of which compliment his original style and beats. His subject matter differs greatly from song to song. He produces almost all of his songs. MINX has done many shows across Montana, and has opened up for Tech N9ne and Paul Wall in Boise, ID, as well as Everlast in Spokane, WA. He is also scheduled to open for Andre Nickatina and Wu-Tang Clan in the near future. MINX independently released his full-length debut album in March of 2008, and it was a hit across the Northwest. It is evident that Hip-Hop is not just MINX’s passion, it’s his life. And he will do whatever it takes to make it big and let the world hear what he has to say.
