Hours Before Dawn is actually a small compillation of songs from two projects that I was involved in as a vocalist/lyricist. Backroads and Question are from a bluesy/heavy rock band I was in called Sutter Cane with Greg Combs on drums , Tanner Sharman on guitar and JR Slater on bass and backup vocals. The riff for Backroads was originally written by JJ Davis. Forbidden and Inquisistion are from a progressive metal project called Transcend the Soul.
All music and production on these two were handled by the talented Mickey Lilly. Although these bands have come to an end I am still on good terms with these cats and they continue to make music today.
