In wake of Tropical Storm “Jeanne†that struck the city of Gonaives, Haiti in 2004 VDC collaborated with other Haitian music artists to create the song also entitled “Gonaives†to bring awareness to the local communities about the tragedy. All proceeds from the single went to charities that supported the victims of the storm.
