About Me

I'm a pretty easy-going person: I try and stay away from drama as much as possible, I'm not afraid to get dirty, and I can be ready to go out in less than an hour. I like to do projects: I take pottery and stained glass classes, and I'm getting pretty damn good! I normally find myself with too many things to do - sometimes there's just too many cool things to pick from! I'm going to see hot lava at some point in my life. I'd also like to visit every national park in the US. I've been to 52, but there's 388 of them - I'd better get going!

My Interests

Seeing all the live music I possibly can (mostly jamband, reggae, jazz, blues, local favorites), camping, hiking, playing frisbee, laughing with my pals, talking to my sister on the phone, thinking of ways to keep myself busy, listening to music that gives me goosebumps, helping things grow, reading good books, exploring new places

Music:

I love music! I especially like the Grateful Dead, Phish, Trey, any reggae, blues, jazz (Kenny Burrell is my favorite right now), bluegrass, jamband. My downstairs neighbor in San Diego was extremely annoying: she liked to play Eminem at full blast.

Movies:

All time favorite: The Big Lewbowski - the dude abides...

Television:

I try not to watch too much TV, but...when I do I watch Lost, House, and Family Guy. I also love Good Eats with Alton Brown - he's taught me alot!

Books:

Reading is cool! My favorites include On the Road, Oh! The Places You'll Go!, Hotel Honolulu, and Stephen King if I'm in the mood for a quick, easy read. (I've read The Stand about 4 times!) I also like to read Time magazine and Relix.

Heroes:

My mom, definately.

Summertime!
