I'm into many things. I'm extremely multi-skilled (...and... resume submit). My goal is to learn everything. I want to know what's going on. I want to know what things mean. It's empowering to be able to walk into any situation and be able to know what's going on and what's being discussed. It's a goal that we all have or should have from the moment we are consciously aware of this possible thing. Everything is related. One thing ties into another and so forth. The more we know, the more we can accurately devise an opinion and clearly make decisions. We never rise to the occasion. We fall to the level of our training. So, we should practice what we preach. Be a good leader. Be a good example. Make things work. Identify problems, work to find solutions, and strive for desirable long-term results. Be skeptical. Be open to understanding both sides of a situation. Be a critical thinker.
Understand that things that rely on a computer program to do functions and serve purposes are a mystery as to how it really works unless we can clearly see the process of what's going on, and that means seeing the source code.
If our privacy is an issue involved in anything, for example, a database record which will continue to grow over time, we need knowledge of this record and have control over its presence or who uses it or accesses it.
