I love to read, and I just finished the last book of the Harry Potter series :-(. I love to travel, and I hope to be going on another European adventure in November. Our plan is to see one new country every year, and take smaller trips throughout the states in between. Now that school is over, I hope to take up a new language (either Japanese or Greek). My favorite time of the year is the summer because July is my birthday, and I usually get spoiled. I love swimming in the summer, and snowboarding in the winter. My hobbies are scrapbooking, sewing, bar hopping (if that can be considered a hobby, and dancing. I love to participate in community politics, advocacy projects, and organizing. There is nothing like uniting people in solidarity to achieve social change, and being a part of that social change.

Anything by Marc Anthony, R&B, Hip-hop, high energy, pretty much anything but classical or hard core country with a twange.
Movies:
I am a hard core movie junkie, and my favorite movie is Resevoir Dogs. I try and get a movie in especially the blockbusters as soon as they come out, but with a baby it is easier said than done. I love action-suspense, romance-comedies, some scary movies, and big block buster type movies.
Television:
Sex and the City is my all time favorite addiction. I can see it over and over, and never get bored of it. My sister and brother-in-law recently turned on to Lost. I don't get too much TV in so I end up renting them when they come out on DVD.
Books:
Just about anything Steinbeck (favorite is Of Mice and Men), Harry Potter, and I am open to almost anything that sparks my interest.
Heroes:
Ernesto "Che" Guevera, Ceasar Chavez, Frida Kalo, Pancho Villa and all of the various revolutionaries that through politics, the arts, and other mediums have paved the road to liberty, freedom, and independence.
