About Me

This is the short story of the band: Dei Gratia (By the Grace of God) is not a christian metal band, it's pure blasphemy.The band was formed in the summer 2007. Marcus (Guitar) and Thomas (Drums) was jamming for fun, but decided to make a band. They found a bass player (Niels). They then asked Mads to be the singer. He accepted. They played for a while and made four songs: Thorough snag, Circulating stairs, To father to son and Oh almighty. They decided to find another guitar player, and a friend of them, Rasmus, was selected. The band ruled slowly, and writed a few more songs. They played their first concert at December the 26., 2007.At the end of March 2008, Rasmus decided to leave the band. The lineup was then only Marcus on guitar, and it is still that today. Dei Gratia has been set to many different genres by people, but they like to consider themselves as Metalcore, maybe with a twist of pretty much everything from the goods of metal.
