Diego Quiròs
(Bass, Sax, Music Synthesis, Composing, Producer and Programming)
Born in México City , July 17, 1980.
Studying Music since the age of 6 going from piano to saxophone to guitar to bass.Interested in world music as well as contemporary and electronic music, Diego went to Berklee College of Music where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude Honors from Music Synthesis Major in December 2003. Here he learned all his Music Theory Core, including advanced Jazz Harmony, All Around Bass Techniques and Improvisation and Advanced programming, sequencing and sound design.Ever since, Diego has been part of the music industry collaborating in numerous projects and albums as a bassist, arranger and audio engineer, producer and sound designer, such as: Mr. Volt, Son of Sun, Dhruva, Monna Mossé, Mirabai, Yamato, and others. His work is based in his home studio where he runs a post-production company "Zen Studios"....
Manolo Solis
(Drummer, Producer, Programming, Music Synthesis and Composing.)
He was born in México city march 30 1980. His parents discovered the attraction and talent for drums when he had 6 years old, playing over the mom's tupperware and cardboard boxes until he got his first drum set at 8 years.
At the age of eighteen he enrolled in Fermatta, Music College in México city.
He had the privilege to study and know the renowned international drummers like: Hector Navarrete, Pedro Galindo, Tony Cardenas, Antonio Sanchez , Keith Carlock, Billy Kilson....among others, they have been an important piece in his career.
In 2003 after four years of study in México he moved to Montréal Canada at the UQAM Université du Quebec a Montréal to complete his degree in Music Performance, Where he had the chance to study harmony, arranging , solfege, jazz improvisation and intensive drums courses.
During his studies and performing in Montréal, he was very active in the musical community, he was performing and recording with some great montreal artists, tv shows and a lot of music festivals, including the Montréal International Jazz Fest.
Manolo he has collaborated in numerous projects as a drummer, producer, programming and composer such as: Monna Mossé, Mr. Volt, Manolo's Trio, Zuruba, Ion, Marangomonkeys, Bombolessé... among others... 2008 Manolo is currently signed by EMI Music Publishing as Songwriter.
