Our foundation bitch is UWPCH GRCH 'PR' Tribanials Crazy 88 4 Blue Rose, AKA "Hachi". She is a Razor's Edge/Cheeks outcross. Hachi is a very clean, correct bitch with exceptional movement. She finished her UKC championship in only 6 months with limited showing! All 3 of her majors were Best of Winners! She has even won over Top Ten ranked APBT's! Hachi finished her Grand Champion title in January of 2009. She took major wins (including Best of Breed's, Terrier Group 1 and Reserve Best in Multi-Breed Show's) under 7 different judges. She also took 13 Reserve Champion wins! Needless to say we are VERY PROUD of this girl!
Hachi also has her UWPCH title for weight pull. She achieved her UWP in only 3 pulls! Her first time out she pulled 1385 lbs! That's 26.5 times her own body weight! The most weight she has ever pulled in competition is 2760 lbs. Hachi currently holds the #2 spot on UKC's WEIGHT PULL ALL STAR list for 2009. Look for Hachi at a UKC weight pull event near you!
Our latest addition here at BlueRose Kennel is UWP GRCH Cali Girl's King of the Ring, CGC (AKA "Dempsey"). Dempsey comes to us from Honorable Judge Rebecca Harris of Cali Girl Kennels. Dempsey's lineage is mostly Sierra blood with a little Knowlwoods thrown in. He achieved his Grand Champion title at the tender age of only 8 months old! After having been with us less than a month, Dempsey achieved his UWP title in only 3 pulls!! Dempsey's mother is UWP NBOB NGRCH GRCH 'PR' Cali Girl's Gone Wild, CGC (AKA "Mardi). Mardi is the top winning female APBT of all time and we are honored to own one of her offspring. We hope that Dempsey will follow in his mother's footsteps. Dempsey is currently training for weight pull and competition obedience. He has 10 points toward his UWPCH title.
At BlueRose Kennel, we are FIRM believers in breeding solely for the betterment of the breed. Hachi is health tested and is certified through the OFA for her hips, heart and thyroid. Dempsey is certified through the OFA for his patellas, his PENN HIP scores are .39/.39
Hachi's temperament is second to none (other than possibly Dempsey's...) She has spent her entire life living with young children and other dogs in a family environment. After the death of her "older sister", Lady Belle, in October 2008, Hachi was an only dog for the first time in her life. Lady Belle is greatly missed by our whole family. Dempsey also has a wonderful temperament. Despite having had a bad experience in his previous home, Dempsey has become the perfect addition to our family. We are truly blessed to own two of the most amazing APBT's alive today.
