The sound of corroding chrome. A fusion of metal, industrial, rock, and goth, with a dose of punk aggression. This CD includes the songs "Suddenly", "Hope Kills (Drowning at Sea)", "Priscilla", and "Waiting for You".
This album features guest spots and remixes from Chris Vrenna (Tweaker, ex-Nine Inch Nails), SMP (Three Ton Gate, ex-Marilyn Manson, ex-the Spooky Kids), Metho.d. (Godhead), Barclay Crenshaw (Intellect DVD) and Jamie Osborn, Mark Damian (Cleanse, ex-Sweatysuedelips), Richard Pierce (Spookdaddy, 3sic7s), Scotty G and Mark Nilan of Livewire Studios.
The sound is deep, rich, intricate, and simultaneously primal. It rewards careful listening. It is especially good LOUD.
This is what it takes to make a TCR studio project: many cross-continental flights, hours of phone calls, 17 fed-ex packages, one restraining order, six hundred and thirty-seven creme sodas, 2 Macintosh G4s, and 1 purple sneep. No humid teenage mediocrity was harmed in making this album.

Here's some wonderful reviews written about our album, The Chrome Recordings...
Reviewer: Leah from The Bathroom Wall
The Chrome Recordings cannot in anyone's rational world, be compared to anything I have ever heard. We can play the "it sounds sort of like a ______________ meets ______________ hybrid with no teeth and a tail with a little influence from ______________ when they were in their __________ era" game, but I really feel like doing that would take away from the beauty and much-deserved praise this record is entitled to. TC and Robin Moulder came into this endeavor not really knowing what they were in for. Now, three years later, the product of a project that began only in theory has been realized and has exceeded every expectation... ...If I were going to write a horror movie, The Chrome Recordings would be the soundtrack... ...It's been a long time since I have felt such a huge range of emotions while listening to a single record... ...The Chrome Recordings is one CD, case and all, that you won't let slide under the seat of your car. Dance party to make out session, this record will not only make you the envy of all your friends, it'll get you laid!
Reviewer: Ron Davies from Splendid E-Zine
...Hovering somewhere between goth, industrial and metal, these songs work their dark grooves with menace and mindfulness. Eschewing the overblown drama that took Nine Inch Nails to commercial success, the duo takes a heads-down, focused approach to these grimly catchy tunes, infusing their music with a fierce determination... ...Make no mistake: this is one of the best goth/industrial/whatever releases of the year. With its strong, infectiously catchy music and impassioned delivery, The Chrome Recordings is built to last."

Review on College Radio Station, WCNI in CT (90.9 FM)
The first of these releases comes from an outfit called TCR on Exhaust Records (www.t-c-r.net). The group mainly consists of two females TC and Robin (Moulder). TC handles the vocals and Robin takes care of the guitars/bass/keys. However, going back to the theme here, the name that caught my attention was Chris Vrenna; on Nine Inch Nails fame. Some other production help on this release consist of Scott P (Marilyn Manson), and Metho.D (Godhead). In short, with this copany of production, the music is on the industrial tip. Slower tempos; hard & heavy guitars; big beats; suprisingly melodic! The album is "The Chrome Recordings", give this one a listen!
