MOST OF ALL I LOVE THE LORD AND I LOVE YOU. From birth, Karon has had the calling to sing and to preach the word of God on his life. He was born into a family of singers and preachers so the anointing has flowed down from genration to generation. My granmdmother used to tell me that while I was being potty-trained I would sing and preach after I would finish using the toilet. It wasn't until June of 2002 that Karon recognized the calling to preach. While getting prepared to join the U.S Army and on a search for his life purpose God dropped a word into his belly. Although unsure of the calling, God revealed it time after time. Years before Karon heard the call to preach, he operated in his gifting to sing. Although Karon began singing in the children's choir at Holy Divine Church in Lacey , AR under the leadership of Pastor Melvin Foster, his singing ministry really began at Greater Mingleton Temple Church Of GOd In Christ in Oakland, CA lead by John M. Evans. Karon began singing under the direction of Arteria Lee Davenport, James Mitchell and Sean Evans. It wasn't until the age of 12 he sang his 1st solo, His Eye is on the Sparrow. Years later as Karon began to grow, he held various positions in the young adult choir as chaplain and President. Years later he became Assistant Minister of Music/Choir Director of the adult choir under the guidance of Ronald G. Thompson. Karon has won Praise Jam Family Festival 1st Place Vocalist of 2005 and placed as one of the semi-finalists of Gospel Dream 2005 Chicago Region. Karon now serves under the pastorship of Bishop Cardell D. Booker, Sr (God's Tabernacle Of Deliverance) in Dallas, TX. With the anointing and gifting to heal, deliver and set free, Karon has set out to do the work of the Lord and to walk in the blessings and promises God has spoken over his life.DESTINED TO REIGN AS ONE OF GOD'S GREAT KINGS!
